Machi Lab Co., Ltd. "Original stationery"
Machilabo, a company that operates a café + book + sundry store complex "SHIMATORI" based on the concept of "real life" in the San-in region of Japan. We asked them about their concept for an original product designed with the traditions, culture, and specialties of Shimane and Tottori prefectures, and we created stationery that both locals and tourists could pick up.

We were approached to produce stationery with a San-in pattern.
I am ashamed to admit that I did not know much about the San-in region, but when the person in charge of the project told me about locally produced food and "Kojiki," I was completely absorbed in the charm of the San-in region. I am happy to have been able to help create a product that conveys the charm of this region.
